Not many things can compare to the smell of cookies baking in the oven. Sadly, most cookie recipes require many different ingredients and a long process before you get to enjoy that first delicious bite. However, I’ve prepared a list of 6 cookie recipes that require only 3 ingredients each.
Nutty Brownies that Melt in Your Mouth
One of the simplest yet most delicious of treats.

- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups chocolate spread
- ½ cup flour
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is consistent.
- Transfer to a greased pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
A simple traditional recipe for chewy peanut butter cookies. This recipe does not require flour and is perfect for people with a gluten sensitivity.

- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is consistent.
- Roll 1-inch balls from the mixture, put them on a greased pan and gently press them.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
Energy Bars
A different take on the traditional cookie – these bars are made of nuts and dried fruits. Other than the dates, you can substitute any of the ingredients to match your preferences.

- 1 dried fruit
- 1 cup nuts
Preparation:
- Use a food processor to blend all the ingredients together.
- After the ingredients are fully mixed, spread the mix on a surface covered with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Once the mixture has cooled and solidified, you can take it out of the fridge and cut it into any size and shape you desire.
- You can try the following combos: Almonds & Cherries, Pecans & Cranberries, Apples & Walnuts.
Italian Coconut Macaroons
A delicious, flourless recipe that takes very little time and effort to prepare.

- 1 can condensed milk (14oz)
- 16oz coconut, desiccated
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is consistent.
- Use a teaspoon to measure the size of each macaroon and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
Crispy Butter Cookies

- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 sticks salted butter
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
- Blend the butter and sugar to make a consistent mix.
- Add the flour and continue blending. If the mixture becomes crumbly, add a tablespoon of water. Blend until the mix becomes doughy.
- On a floured surface, flatten the dough to about 1/3 of an inch.
- Cut the dough into cookie-sized pieces, place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Quick Mini Croissants
Nothing beats a fresh croissant, except for one filled with chocolate!

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 4oz chocolate chips
- Store-bought pastry dough
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
- Beat the egg with a little bit of water.
- Flatten the pastry dough and cut it into 15-inch squares.
- Cut each square into 2 triangles.
- Put some chocolate chips in the center of each triangle and roll it to form a croissant.
- Place the croissants on a greased baking sheet and brush them with the egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
